How StartProtect Works
You don't need to connect anything, configure anything, or monitor anything. StartProtect is placed between the battery and the vehicle, monitors the voltage, warns in time, and automatically switches off before deep discharge occurs.
1. Continuous monitoring
StartProtect continuously measures the battery voltage during use. The thresholds are tailored to 24V internal transport batteries.
2. Clear warning
As soon as the battery voltage drops below the set threshold, a clearly audible and visible signal follows. Immediately clear: this truck needs to go to the charger.
3. Safe shutdown
If the warning is ignored and the voltage drops further, StartProtect switches off in a controlled manner. The battery remains protected.

Note: batteries naturally self‑discharge. StartProtect reduces leakage currents in your machine, but it cannot stop the battery’s inherent self‑discharge. If a battery is left uncharged for too long, it may still deeply discharge — even with StartProtect connected.
